This torsional vibration reducing device is provided with a support part 3b projecting outside in the radial direction from an input side member 3 as the support means. The support part 3b is relatively rotatably arranged between a pair of side surface regulating parts 6a and 6b of a holding member 6. The side surface regulating part 6a being one of the pair of side surface regulating parts 6a and 6b is sandwiched from the axial direction between a lockup piston 2 and the support part 3b. A cutout part 6d for incorporating the support part 3b inside the holding member 6 from the transmission side in the axial direction, is formed in the holding member 6.
