The total energy system comprises the followings: 1. the production of cellulose (selected from A. using a raw material of kelps/sea weeds and B. using a raw material of intentionally producible plants), 2. the production of glucose from natural cellulose/lignocellulose (selected from A. the production of glucose using an enzyme, B. the production of glucose using hydrogen peroxide, and C. the production of glucose using ozone), and 3. the production of alcohol by the fermentation of glucose).
