PURPOSE: To reduce the size and perform accurate detection of a pressure by locating a first orifice between a first radial through-hole and an axial slit and a second orifice between a second radial through-hole and an axial groove.
CONSTITUTION: An axial slit 62 communicated with a first radial through-hole 61-1 is formed in a spool 21. A pressure detecting port 64 through which the first and second annual grooves of a sleeve 22 are communicated with the outside and a drain port 66 are formed in a housing. A first orifice 70 is formed between the first radial through-hole 61-1, a third radial through-hole and the axial slit 62 and a second orifice 71 is formed between a second radial through- hole 61-2 and an axial groove 48. Further, a controller 82 is arranged between a pressure detector 80 and a drive motor 81 for an oil pressure source 8 comprising a variable pump, and only when a handle is turned, a delivery amount of a variable pump 8 is increased.
