Abstract:
To provide: a touch panel which reduce a rate of occurrence of air bubbles between an overcoat layer and a transparent electroconductive layer, provided on a light-shield layer of the touch panel, and have a structure with excellent transmittance; a touch panel device; and a touch panel manufacturing method.
The touch panel is characterized in that a transparent substrate has its one surface having a light-shield layer with a film thickness of 0.5-1.5 m, and the one surface is sequentially stacked with an overcoat layer of a film thickness of 2-3 m and a transparent electroconductive layer of a film thickness of 100-200 , wherein the transparent electroconductive layer is made in sputtering process.
