Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method for making touch panel. A carbon nanotube structure is formed on a substrate. The carbon nanotube structure includes a number of carbon nanotubes. The number of carbon nanotubes are arranged isotropically, arranged along a same direction, or arranged along different directions. Two electrodes are electrically connected with the carbon nanotube structure. Furthermore, a primary alignment direction of the number of carbon nanotubes and a surface of the carbon nanotube structure in contact with the substrate is greater than 0° and smaller than 15°.
