To provide an on-board lighting device that is improved in convenience and safety.SOLUTION: An on-board lighting device (1) includes: a lighting (5) installed in a ceiling of a vehicle; a detection part (31) including a touch panel and coming into contact with a detection object at the touch panel to detect the detection object; and a control part (32) for controlling the lighting based on the detection of the detection object.
