Abstract:

To provide a touch panel capable of suitably maintaining input operability and a display characteristic independently of changes in environmental humidity.

In the touch panel, two substrates 10, 20 respectively having transparent electrodes 12, 21 formed on one surface side are arranged at a prescribed interval so that respective transparent electrodes 12, 21 are opposed to each other, one substrate 10 which is the input operation side consists of a plastic film having transparency and a steam barrier layer 15 of which the moisture permeability degree is ≤30g/m2/day is formed on the other surface side.
