A touch screen panel integrated liquid crystal display device comprises: a first substrate 10 on which plural gate lines and plural data lines 130 are arranged and plural pixels P each including a thin film transistor TFT and a pixel electrode 30 are formed; a second substrate 20 that faces the first substrate 10; an insulation layer 40 formed over the pixel electrode 30; plural transparent electrodes 50 arranged in a first direction over the insulation layer 40; plural metal electrodes 60 for forming a coupling part attached to one surface of each transparent electrode 50 and a driver line for receiving a drive signal; plural sensor electrodes 70 arranged in a second direction intersecting with the first direction over the second substrate 20; and a liquid crystal layer 80 formed between the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20.
