Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce weight and the number of constituting elements and to solve a manufacturing problem.
CONSTITUTION: This touch screen device is provided with a panel 10, sensor means 20, 22 and 24 connected to this panel and detecting force given to this panel and a data processing means 28 connected to these sensor means and processing data generated by these sensor means at the time of detecting force. In order to detect the deformation of the panel itself as the result of the given force, this sensor means is provided to be deformable with the panel, thereby dispensing with a firm frame used in an old touch screen.
