To provide a towed type flight display apparatus which is suitable for moving a display body for displaying a specified display in a flying state.
The towed type flight display apparatus comprises a body 2 to be connected to a tow rope 6, a rotary wing 3 rotatably supported by the body 2, and the display body 70 having the specified display thereon. The rotary wing 3 is configured so as to generate a lift to make the body 2 and the display body 70 fly by being towed by the tow rope 6. The display body 70 showing an advertising function with the display, such as characters and symbols, is connected to a rear tow rope 72 which is arranged outside the body 2 and on the rear side of the body 2 in the advancing direction of a tow boat 50. Further, the display body 70 may be connected to the rear tow rope 72 to be wound on a winch device which is mounted on the rear side of the body 2 and is driven by the electric power generated by a generator 5 connected to the rotary shaft 4 of the rotary wing 3. The display body may be arranged inside the body 2 or may be connected to the tow rope 6.
