A new towel drainer which makes dehydration only with one hand possible by a mechanism in which a wet towel in use is directly put into the cylinder of a drainer apparatus so as to pour it in, then the towel is pressurized with a pressurizing rod from the upper port of the cylinder, pressurization acts on all the parts of the towel inside the cylinder, and draining is performed.
