To provide a towel for a helmet capable of wholly absorbing sweat from the head and preventing both sweatiness and sunburn in the nape, surely tightening and fixing even a chin strap by covering an area extending from the forehead through the temple part and occipital region and even to the nape part.

This towel for the helmet is obtained by providing an annular head wearing part 2 formed of at least a stretchable material at one end of the towel body 1 composed of a water absorbent material and forming ear exposing parts 6 in both edges of the towel body 1 a little to the head wearing part 2. Thereby, the towel is provided with a length sufficient to cover the area extending from the forehead through the vertical part and the occipital region to the nape part when the head wearing part 2 is worn on the head.
