Abstract:
To provide a towel which stably retains its original feel and a water retentivity, and is free of drawn cloth even if caught by a fingernail or a projection during use.
The towel is made of a woven fabric material including pile yarn, warp and weft. The pile yarn, the warp and the weft are composed of spun yarn including natural fiber. In a pick structure composed of units of 3 to 10 weft yarns, at least one weft yarn in one unit is spun yarn including a heat fusing conjugated fiber, the pile yarn is moored to the weft yarn including the heat fusing conjugated fiber and the pile yarn is heat fused to the weft yarn by the heat fusing conjugated fiber.
