To provide a towing device which is easily mounted and used when towing a conveying truck.

The towing device comprises a supporting member 7 mounted on a lower side of a bottom frame 3a at an end in the towing direction side of a conveying truck 1, and a towing tool 8 attachable/detachable to/from the supporting member 7. A transverse supporting shaft 20 in the right-to-left direction is provided on one end of the towing tool 8, and a supporting hole 15 in the vertical direction with the supporting shaft 20 of the towing tool 8 fitted therein is formed in the supporting member 7, and a supporting shaft receiving/delivering opening 15a which is bent and opened in the towing direction side is formed in an upper end of the supporting hole 15.
