Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages caused by impact by an obstacle or the like by reinforcing the lateral sides of the bracket main body, while improving durability and safety by embedding the bracket unit in the frame.
SOLUTION: A container-like bracket main body 6 is opened at the outside in the longitudinal direction and the top, with an engagement hole 7 in the bottom side. A bracket unit 5 is structured by providing the bracket main body with a fulcrum pin 11 that can move up/down and rotationally, and by providing a supplementary bracket 9 fixed to both of the right and left sides of the bracket main body 6, surrounding the both ends of the fulcrum pin 11. A towing arm 12 fixes the bracket unit 5 to a trim in the longitudinal direction of a frame 1 of a truck A, and constitutes a catch member 13 at the front end. The base portion of the towing arm 12 is coupled to the fulcrum pin 11. Moreover, the base portion of the towing arm 12 is provided with an engagement piece 12a that is engageable with the engagement hole 7.
