To give characteristic moving motions to a stuffed toy animal such as a seal, a fur seal and a turtle which moves on the belly with flippers.
The tip side of a flipper part 21c of the stuffed toy 21 is driven/turned in a range from a lower position to a higher position than the belly part by the turning of the tip side of a flipper arm 35 driven by a driving device 25 inside a body casing 23, so that the stuffed toy can move forward with motions of the flippers characteristic to a seal. Further, the rotation of the tip of the flipper arm 35 is transmitted to the flipper part 21c via an auxiliary body 41 rotatably attached to the tip of the flipper arm 35 and fixed inside the tip of the flipper part 21c of the stuffed toy 21, and therefore, the wide flipper part 21c can be largely rotated in an natural way without being twisted.
