Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal bar toy robot capable of performing the giant swing with the dynamic motion.
SOLUTION: A toy robot comprises a toy robot body comprising three link portions 16, 15, 17 serially rotatably connected by means of two joints 18 and 19, and suspending from a horizontal bar 14, the motors 25 and 32 for changing an angle of each joint so that the toy robot body is provided with a normal bending state or an inverse bending state, the potentiometers 27 and 34 for detecting an angle of each joint, an optical angular sensor 40 for detecting the swinging state of the toy robot body with respect to the horizontal bar 14, and a microcomputer 37. The motors 25 and 32 are driven by the microcomputer 37, and the toy robot body repeats the normal bending state and the inverse bending state with a period equal to an intrinsic period of the toy robot body. Whereby the toy robot body is gradually largely swung by utilizing the resonance relative to the horizontal bar 14, and performs the dynamic horizontal bar exercise.
