Rubber is stretched to a part between the centers of both bottom surfaces inside a hollow cylinder, which is made of a lightweight and strong material such as paper or a resin. A weight is fixed by hanging to the center of the rubber so as not to go around. When the cylinder is discharged by rolling from the hand, the cylinder and the rubber stretched to the inner part are rotated together, but the weight fixed to the rubber is not rotated since vertically downward force is added to it. Consequently, the right and left rubber parts of the weight are twisted for the portion of the rolling and rotation of the cylinder, and then, the toy is reliably returned by rolling to the player side by the restoring force and inertia of the twisting.
