PURPOSE: To move a small member on the surface of an external member and to enjoy the novel and interesting play being unexpected by mutually rotating the external member and an internal member, which is provided in the internal part of the external member, by the drive of a driving member which is provided in one of the external and internal members.

CONSTITUTION: A shaft member 5 is projected in the center of an inside surface 1b in the other edge part of an external member 2 and a gear 6 is provided in the base part of the shaft member 5 in a condition that the gear is fixed to the inside surface 1b. An internal member is composed of supporting plates 7 and 7 which are supported rotatably with prescribed intervals to the shaft member 5, motor 8 fitted to the back side of one of the supporting plates 7 and 7 and a housing container to house a power source part 9 provided in the back side of the other supporting plate. Thus, since gears 16 and 16 provided in the internal member 2 are engaged with the gear 6 pro vided in the external member 2, the external member 2 is rotated and small members 17 and 17 loaded on the surface are maintained in a condition so as to be positioned on the upper part of the rotating external member 2 at all times with receiving the magnetic operation of a magnet 13 provided in a fitting part 12 of the internal member 13. Then, the unexpectedness is obtained and the interest of a toy can be improved.
