PURPOSE: To provide a tracheal for which a larger inside diameter of the sleeve pipe of the tracheal than the outside diameter of the sleeve pipe is adoptable and which has securer fixing force to a body wall and high washability.

CONSTITUTION: This tracheal has the sleeve pipe 2 which serves as a guide for insertion of an appliance, such as endoscope or treating means, into the celom, an inside needle 3 which is insertable into this sleeve pipe 2 and stoppers 14, 15 which stopper and fix the sleeve pipe 2 inserted into the body wall. These stoppers 14, 15 have a loop 16 turning around an axis parallel with the longitudinal direction of the sleeve pipe 2 in a position deviating from the central axis of the sleeve pipe 2.
