Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track displacement measuring system capable of increasing handling efficiency and the degree of accuracy of measurement, decreasing measurement expenses and, at the same time, measuring even a long distance.
SOLUTION: A track displacement measuring system is equipped with posts 11 and 11 erected on immovable points, a laser beam projector 13 mounted to one post 11, a laser beam receiving apparatus 15 mounted to the other post 11, a shading body 15e provided to an inlet of the laser beam receiving apparatus 15, an arm 17 extended from an object to be measured, a jack mechanism 18 erected on the arm 17 and a slit attached baffle plate 19 mounted to a rising and falling piece 18a of the jack mechanism 18. It is constituted of a displacement sensor 23 for measuring a liftable amount of the rising and falling piece 18a, a control section 22 vertically moving the rising and falling piece 18a and a measurement section 24 measuring an liftable amount of the rising and falling piece 18a and making it as track displacement. By the constitution, handling efficiency in the case of conveyance or installation can be increased, since expansion shrinkage of a bar member caused by temperature variation occurring in the case the bar member is used is not made, the degree of accuracy can be increased.
