To easily set many kinds of trackside scenery accessories by forming a locking means for attachably and detachably mounting a trackside scenery accessory on a track laying plate body, and a mounting groove part for attachably and detachably mounting a track setting ballast plate thereon.

Two mounting groove parts 12 are formed in parallel with a prescribed space on the track laying plate body 11 of a track laying plate provide with trackside scenery 10, and a track setting ballast plate 13 is attachably and detachably arranged on the mounting groove parts 12. The track setting ballast plate 13 is formed of a resin plate member having trapezoidal end surfaces, and rails 13b are fixed to the upper surface of a ballast part body 13a having the pattern similar to ballast (crushed stone) printed thereon. Side grooves 14 are formed in the positions adjacent to the mounting groove parts 12 on the outside of the plate body 11, locking means 15 for mounting various trackside accessories are also formed thereon, and rail fences 17 are attachably and detachably inserted to a number of insert holes 16 formed along the side grooves 14.
