PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track structure of a railway which eliminates dismantling or removing work and enables the simplification of construction work of a real structure, reduction of terms of works, reduction of a construction cost by enabling a construction girdle used in a temporary structure as a member constituting the completed structure, and also to provide a method for constructing a railway track. SOLUTION: The track structure of the railway supports a rail when construction works of the railway track are carried out, and a sleeper 2 of the rail is positionally adjustably fixed on the construction girder 1 (11, 12) composed of a steel member.
