Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a tracking malfunction due to adherence, etc., of test pieces to each other.
CONSTITUTION: A bar code is added to a testpiece, the testpiece is tracked, and a primary tracking error is checked by collating tracking information with bar code read data. Further, a plate thickness measuring unit is disposed in the front stage of a testing machine to measure a thickness of the testpiece, which is collated with thickness information accompanyng the tracking information. In the case of discordance, it is decided to be a tracking error (superposition of the test pieces).
