Title:
TRACKING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3934922
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking device capable of moving at six degrees of freedom by controlling the movement at one degree of freedom.
SOLUTION: This tracking device 100 includes an external member 110 and an internal member 120 rotating relatively for the external member 110. A motor 130 is attached to the internal member 120 and includes a rotor shaft 135 bonded to the external member 110. One set of target sensors 150, 155 detecting the phenomenon such as a magnetic field supply inputs to a controller 170 controlling the rotation of the motor 130. By adding an angle to the internal member 120 and adding an equal angle in the opposite direction to the external member 110, the tracking device 100 rotates toward a target. By stopping the rotation of the internal member suddenly or increasing or reducing acceleration of the motor 130 suddenly or inserting a link mechanism fixed to the external member 110 into a rotary path of the internal member, the tracking device 100 jumps.
