PURPOSE: To simplify the structure and to facilitate tracking control by equalizing the elevation of the solar battery rack of the tracking type sunshine electric generating device to the latitude of the installation place and controlling only a time angle component at a constant speed of 15° an hour.

CONSTITUTION: The sunshine electric generating device photodetects the sunshine and generates DC electric power and the solar battery rack 1 where a solar battery panel is arrayed is installed facing due south so that the elevation of the axis rotation is equal to the latitude of the installation position of the sunshine electric generating device. Then, only the time angle component about the center C of rotation is controlled at a constant speed of 15° an hour so as to track the sunshine.
