To provide a trackway carriage system for a clean room which can attain more complete prevention of an object to be carried from being contaminated and easy installation of a baffleplate by running a trackway carriage in an area with low cleanness with cleanness improved locally, and improving the flow rate of clean air locally around the object to be carried and running rails.

Baffleplates 22, 22 are fitted at a hanger for a linear carrier vehicle, and an interval between the baffleplates is reduced around a track 2 to improve the flow rate of clean air. The track is hung from the ceiling of a clean room through a hanger, and the baffleplates are fitted to the hanger. It is thus possible to run the linear carrier vehicle without contaminating an object, in an area with low cleanness in the clean room.
