PURPOSE: To decrease the loss of an accelerating force and to optimize traction control by providing a device where a vehicle axle wheel is increased first at the first-step speed and then at the second-step speed higher than the first.
CONSTITUTION: The driving force of a vehicle is increased first at the first-step speed and then at the second-step speed higher than the first, i.e., a power- request calculator 7 calculates the output of an engine and its result is sent to an engine controller 9. When a detected signal of a wheel spin is sent to the power-request calculator 7 by a wheel spin calculator 4, a normal output- request signal is decreased. A combustible gas mixture required by the controller 9 is thus decreased so that engine torque may be decreased. The wheel spin calculator 4 compares the value of a wheel spin with the threshold value of a desired spin and the other signal is sent to the smaller threshold value than the detected threshold value, and the calculator 7 makes the output request of the engine return toward the value of the present place of an accelerating pedal.
