A pulling side fixing member 3 is fixed to a wheelchair 1, a pulled side fixing member 3 is fixed to the pole 2a of the IV stand, and both members are connected through a connection member 4 (connecting metal fitting 5). At the connection part with both members of the connection member, turning is allowed at one degree of freedom around the axle Ca of the wheelchair, and is regulated to prescribed turning ranges 1 and 2, respectively. The connection member is not bent in a turning direction when turning, and the stand with the wheels is prevented from being tilted and brought down in the turning direction. Since the stand with the wheels can be freely vertically moved to the traction vehicle by turning of both ends of the connection member for the ruggedness of a floor surface, the stand with the wheels can be pulled without any problems.
