A work machine side traction hitch 30 includes: a hitch body 31 having an insertion hole 31a enabling insertion of a drawbar 2 from the front by being bored backward from the front end; a stopper 32 provided on a middle part in the insertion hole 31a of the hitch body 31, for regulating the insertion depth of the drawbar 2; and a lock means 33 for preventing the drawbar 2 inserted into the hitch body 31 from slipping out therefrom.
