Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform prompt slip detection in a reduction gear.SOLUTION: In a traction power transmission reduction gear which performs traction power transmission between a rotary input shaft and a rotary output shaft, and whose reduction ratio is L, it has: rotation input detection means for converting rotational position information of the rotary input shaft into an input shaft pulse signal; rotation output detection means for converting the rotational position information of the rotary output shaft into an output shaft pulse signal; and traction slip detection means. The rotation input detection means outputs one pulse of input shaft pulse signal whenever the rotary input shaft performs 1/M rotations, and the rotation output detection means outputs one pulse of output shaft pulse signal whenever the rotary output shaft performs 1/N rotations. The traction slip detection means outputs a stop signal when output frequencies of the input shaft pulse signals become equal to or more than the number obtained by adding 1 to a floor function of nLM/N in a period in which output frequencies of the output shaft pulse signal become n.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
