To reduce the working time required for stud replacement by providing a mounting head means buried in a driving belt, integrally connected to a stud delivering means and extended across the stud delivering means to mount the stud delivering means on a reinforcing rod.
A plurality of reinforcing rods 50 extending with a mutual space in the direction crossing a driving belt 16 are buried close to the belt in the bar of the driving belt 16. This stud base has a mounting head 74, which is arranged integrally across a cylinder 62. The mounting head 74 has a pair of integrated flanges 75 extending opposite to each other, and the inside base part 76 of each flange is integrally formed with the inside end 78 of the cylinder 62. The middle flange part 77 of the flange 75 has a curved shape, which is fitted to the profile of the lower side 52 of the reinforcing rod 50. The flanges 75 are folded toward each other and fitted to the semicircular profiles 52, 54 of the reinforcing rod 50.
