The steering mechanism 9 is connected at its one end with a carrier body by a pin 29 in such a way as to be revolved similarly with a set of the two wheels revolved while being interlocked therewith by means of the link mechanism, and concurrently, a steering rod 26 is provided with a connection part connected with the link mechanism at its halfway by a pin 30, the other end extended to the mobile type vehicle side so as to be formed up, and a connected part arranged at the extended end part.
