SOLUTION: This tractor of a traveling vehicle has a right and left pair of controlling part materials 15 restricting the right and left swinging critical positions of a tractor device 5 at right and left sides of the tractor device 5 in right and left swingably connected to a vehicle body side of a traveling vehicle through a vertical bearing shaft 11 and the controlling part material 15 has a restricting plane 18 along a side face of the tractor device 5 in a swinging state to be brought into contact with a face of the tractor device 5.
