This tractor is obtained by installing a work starting judging means for judging that the work is started, a machine body inclination judging means for judging that a traveling machine body is inclined more than a prescribed angle such as an inclination automatic switch 15, etc., a judging means for a working part coming in contact with the ground for judging that the working part is coming in contact with the ground, a present position judging means for judging that the present position of an actuator does not agree to the objective position for an automatic control of the inclination, and an inclination automatic regulating means for regulating the practice of the automatic control of the inclination in case that all of the above judging conditions are satisfied, in a controlling part 20. Further, it is preferable to install an operation judging means for judging that the prescribed operating tool is operated, and an inclination automatic regulation cancelling means for cencelling the regulation for the practice of the inclination automatic regulation by the inclination automatic regulating means in case that the above judging condition is satisfied.
