The trading card has a noncontact IC tag which is provided with an antenna for signal reception, a circuit which receives an interrogation signal from an interrogator and transmits a response signal for reply to the interrogator and a storage means which enables additional writing and rewriting. The interrogation signal may be received as well even when it is a signal of which the frequency is made to hop.
