Abstract:
To make the most of limited communication capacity without waisting it while enabling each flow to use impartially bands in sharing redundant bands.
The consumed quantity for every flow of buffers storing data of a plurality of flows is managed. When new data have arrived, if any free space is left that can store the new data in the buffer, the data are stored, while if no free space, data of the flows selected based on a consumption are eliminated from the buffer.
