Abstract:
Useless communication caused by jam can be avoided by executing jam control in real time even if use ratio of network increases, such that communication can be efficiently carried out totally. Servers (11, 12) extract information containing wireless access points (relay device) (21-25) in receiving signals from client servers (31-35), communication data volume of each relay device are measured, the communication volume information of the relay device are added into the sending data and sent to the client servers (31-35). The server (31-35) acquire recognition information of used relay device,extract the communication volume information of relay device contained in the receiving data from the servers, set latency time according to the communication volume information, and communicate after the latency time.
