PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic information guiding apparatus, a traffic information guiding method and a system therefor capable of quickly responding to a change in a traffic status.
SOLUTION: The traffic information guiding apparatus is provided with: a communication part 10 for exchanging operation information containing present location information directly with another moving object; an information table producing part 10 for producing an information table by collecting the operation information from peripheral moving objects; a traffic status predicting part 10 for predicting the traffic status of a passing road from the information in the information table, the present location information, map information, operating statuses of the moving objects, information on obstacles of passing and weather information; a routing pattern detecting part 104 for detecting a tendency of decision when a user selects a route; a routing pattern storage part 15 for storing the detected tendency of the decision; a route searching part 103 for producing a passing route from the present location to a destination from the predicted traffic status and the stored tendency of the decision; and a display part 5 for displaying traffic information representing the traffic status, the passing route and the like.
