To provide a traffic lane separator with pedestrian crossing prevention function which is installable without performing operations for cutting a pedestrian crossing prevention member attached between columnar bodies.

Two synthetic resin columnar bodies 1 are vertically installed at a proper interval, and an extensible tubular body 5 is bridged between the columnar bodies 1 and fixed. By bridging the tubular body 5, pedestrians are prevented from crossing a road by passing through the clearance between the columnar bodies 1. Since the tubular body 5 is extensible, even if the intervals of the columnar bodies 1 which are arranged parallel to each other are not constant, the tubular bodies 5 can be adjusted in length by extending or retracting. Consequently, the traffic lane separator can be installed without performing operations for cutting the tubular body 5 and the like.
