Abstract:
To detect a vehicle as a dangerous operation vehicle, which turns right by crossing an opposing lane before a vehicle on the opposing lane enters an intersection immediately after a traffic light changes from red to green.SOLUTION: A change time acquisition section acquires a time when a traffic light arranged in an intersection changes from red to green. A vehicle detection section processes an image obtained by imaging the intersection, so as to detect a right-turn vehicle that has entered the intersection from an inflow link so as to turn right. A determination section determines whether the right-turn vehicle is a dangerous operation vehicle based on a first time difference between a time when the right-turn vehicle detected by the vehicle detection section has crossed an opposing lane and a time when the traffic signal with respect to the right-turn vehicle acquired by the change time acquisition section has changed from red to green.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
