Abstract:
PURPOSE: To offer a traffic sign material excellent in visual confirmation efficiency even in the case of raining in the night.
CONSTITUTION: Fine glass beads 11 are buried in the approximately overall surface to form a heat sensitivity type adhesive layer 12 on the rear of a light reflective sheet 1 having light reflective efficiency. Uneven sections 21 are formed on the surface of a base material 2. The heat sensitivity type adhesive layer 12 on the rear of the light reflective sheet 1 is heated and bound to the uneven sections 21 on the surface of the base material 2 to integrate the light reflective sheet 1 and base material into one unit and, at the same time, the surface of the light reflective sheet 1 is deformed in an uneven shape along the uneven sections 21.
