To provide a trailer chassis loading method for automating determination of the loading order, determination of the contract, and collation of the chassis number.

Communication is performed between a tractor head 1 and a control server 2. The control server 2 prepares a list 11 recording identification information and the chassis size of a trailer chassis 3 waiting for loading, and the parking place in a chassis parking lot 62 in advance, obtains information on the loading space in a ferry, recognizes the remaining loading space every time the loading instruction is given, and determines the trailer chassis 3 to be loaded next and the loading position from the chassis size and the remaining loading space. The loading instruction designating the identification information, the parking lot, and the loading position of the trailer chassis 3 to be loaded next is given from the control server 2 to the tractor head 1.
