To make it possible to improve ride characteristics of a vehicle and surely eliminate or alleviate an over-steering phenomenon under rolling of the vehicle by preventing compliance of a whole trailing arm type suspension from becoming excessive.

In this trailing arm type suspension, an end part of each trailing arm 1 is connected with each bracket 3 provided in lengthwise both ends of an axle beam 2 by way of first and second connecting parts 4A, 4B. The first connecting part 4A is fabricated with a rubber bush 40. The second connecting part 4B has smaller compliance than that of the first connecting part 4A and is disposed above the first connecting part 4A and the center P of the axle beam 2.
