Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely and stably detect a train approaching to a rail road crossing as well as to prevent interruption time by the rail road crossing from being long when the train is running slow at a point controlling the rail road crossing.
CONSTITUTION: A leakage coaixl cable 7 of a specified length is laid along the track 1 at the train approaching side and the train going-out side of a rail road crossing A. Let transmission data 12 transmitted from an air-borne antenna 11 provided for a train 6 be transmitted through the leakage coaxial cable 7 so as to be inputted to a data transmission section 8 provided for a ground equipment B, and an approach detection signal detecting that the train is approaching to the rail road crossing A, is so constituted to be outputted from a control section 9.
