Abstract:
To suppress delay propagation to a succeeding train.SOLUTION: A train control device includes an acquisition unit, a storage unit, an operation calculation unit, an output unit, a check calculation unit, a determination unit, and a deceleration calculation unit. The acquisition unit acquires move time at which a stop limit position at which a train should stop is moved. The output unit outputs a control command according to an operation curve to a drive/brake control device of the train. The check calculation unit calculates a check pattern for stopping the train based on the stop limit position of a preceding train. The determination unit determines whether or not there is a case when speed and a position of the train according to the operation curve and speed and a position indicated by the check pattern coincide with each other during a period from current time to the move time. When it is determined that there is a case having a match, the deceleration calculation unit calculates a deceleration pattern in which the train decelerates at predetermined deceleration rate lower than the deceleration rate of the check pattern that matches the check pattern at second speed lower than matched first speed and at a second position downstream from a matched first position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
