Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety by forming a train controlling signal transmitted from a transmitting means of superposition of two waves diffused by a PN code having a phase difference corresponding to train control, and assigning a larger phase difference to a higher-level speed information signal of train control.
SOLUTION: A prescribed standard PN code (PNi) assigned to a block section T from a PN code generating circuit (herein after referred to as PNG) is supplied to a pair of diffusion circuits 3a, 3b, and a PN code (PNi(1')) having a phase difference from PNi is supplied to the other diffusion circuit 3b. The phase difference 1 corresponds to ATC information, and a larger phase difference is assigned to a higher-level speed information signal of train control. Thus, even when phase detecting circuits 21, 121 erroneously confirm a noise as ATC information, this ATC information has a phase difference smaller than the natural ATC information, the aspect output is lower in level than that of the natural ATC information, so that the safety can be ensured.
