Abstract:
To provide a rail potential control device for suppressing the occurrence of electric corrosion while suppressing an increase in a rail potential in order to solve the problem that a leakage current is caused to constantly flow to the ground from a rail in a countermeasure of connecting the rail to a ground potential to cause this direct current to ionize metals existing around it to generate electric corrosion of corrode the metals because a countermeasure against a potential increase of the rail of an electric train is very important in preventing persons and animals from being electrified and a countermeasure of connecting the rail to the ground potential is generally executed as a countermeasure against the potential increase of the rail.SOLUTION: The rail potential control device has a power storage device which is electrically connected to an electric train rail to control the potential of the electric train rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
