To provide a means which registers a maintenance schedule and the actual record from a system external terminal unit by ensuring the security of the maintenance managing device of a train operation control system.
A dedicated LAN 104 is provided for the train operation control system, and an authentication server 105 and transmission servers 106 are connected. The authentication server 105 has a terminal data program of a latest version, and provides it by the request of the external terminal unit 110. The authentication server 105 provides authentication information to the external terminal unit 110, and at the same time, performs the mirroring of the authentication information and the terminal data program for a plurality of the transmission servers 106. The transmission server 106 allows the registration of the maintenance work information to the maintenance work managing device 102 when an access from the authenticated external terminal 110 is received.
