Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a trainer which can carry out both training of respiration and qualitative measurement for improvement in pulmonary function.
CONSTITUTION: A trainer for the respiratory organs comprises an expiration blowing means 10 having an expiration blow-in port 11 and an air flow resistance adjusting means or a plurality of members having different air flow resistances, a pressure detecting means 31 for detecting both pressure and flow rate of expiration. a change-over means 23 for changing over the operation between a training mode and a measuring mode, and an informing means 28 for informing at least a pressure of expiration when the training mode is selected, but informing at least a maximum flow rate of expiration during the measuring mode.
